We started EdLeaders because were passionate about leadership in Education and in particular, real world discussions about what leadership really looks like in Schools. We also think there's a gap in the "Eduworld" where there are a lot of thought leaders and so called experts talking about the latest and greatest, but not many of them are riffing on how leadership looks in a day to day context and how young and aspiring leaders can learn from the best in the business.

Our weekly EdLeaders podcast looks at leadership, culture, strategy and the business of K-12 education and each week we take a deeper dive into a specific theme or topic with the occasional special guest. With backgrounds spanning decades in both the corporate and educational sectors, we think it makes for an interesting discussion and a thought starter for leaders at all stages of their career.
