The Edleaders+ community is intentionally designed to be small and will be capped at 300 members. It's easy to get lost or overwhelmed in large, free online communities with 1000's of people and so we want this community to be different. A community where you know the other community members.
A smaller community also allows us to invest more of our time in fewer people, ensuring our community experiences the best value professional development and networking in Australian Education.
With only those people who are truly committed to the growth of their leadership mindset, as part of the community, we know this ensures their is more value for other community members. This also gives us the time and space to continue building towards our mission to develop the best professional development in education.
